For patients who have already tried many things

Most people who reach me have already seen specialists, followed protocols, and done the work. What they have not yet had is someone who looks beneath the symptoms, at what is actually driving them and the underlying pattern that connects them.

Over more than 25 years of clinical practice, I have learned that what drives complex, chronic illness is rarely what it appears to be on the surface. The Full Clinical Assessment is where we find what has been missed, and where every patient at Absolute Health begins.

Who this is for

The Full Clinical Assessment is designed for people experiencing:

  • Burnout, chronic fatigue, or unpredictable energy with no clear pattern.

  • Complex hormonal or menopausal changes, particularly where stress or trauma are part of the story.

  • Persistent anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, or a body that cannot switch off.

  • Recurrent infections, allergies, or immune reactivity that escalates under stress.

  • Chronic pain, fascial tension, or structural symptoms unresolved by physical therapy.

  • Long-standing digestive, skin, or sleep problems.

  • Grief, displacement, or health disruption following significant life events.

  • A persistent sense that nobody has looked deep enough, and that the real trigger has never been properly identified.

If you recognise yourself in this list, read on to see what the assessment involves and how to begin.

What the Full Clinical Assessment is

The Full Clinical Assessment is not a brief intake appointment. It is a structured, multi-layered clinical process that produces a complete picture of your case: where you are, what is driving your symptoms, what has been missed, and what needs to happen next.

It is also the only basis on which any further work with me is recommended. Nothing is assumed. Nothing is rushed.

Many patients find that the assessment itself is the first time anyone has looked at the whole picture, physical, biochemical, and emotional, as one connected clinical reality.

The five stages of your assessment

Your £250 covers a complete, five-stage clinical service. Each stage builds on the last and delivers something concrete, so you can see exactly what work is being done on your behalf.

Stage 1. Diagnostic Preparation.
Once your assessment is booked, you receive the STRESS BALANCE Full Diagnostic Questionnaire. It covers symptoms, health history, stress history, emotional life, family background, environment, biochemistry, and nervous system state. Most people need at least an hour to complete it. Some spread it over several sittings. Everything you share here shapes the hypotheses I take into our first consultation.

Stage 2. First Clinical Consultation, 90 minutes.
By the time we meet online, I have already studied your questionnaire in full and prepared initial clinical hypotheses. Our 90-minute structured conversation clarifies timelines, explores the emotional and biographical texture of your history, maps how your body holds stress, and identifies the key load points in your biochemistry.

Stage 3. Diagnostic Synthesis.
After our consultation, the main analytical work takes place. I map your case across all relevant layers: root field and transgenerational patterns, nervous system state, hormonal and immune regulation, structural and fascial load, and biochemical status. The result is a written clinical assessment, a structured document that explains why your symptoms make sense when viewed as one interconnected picture rather than a series of separate problems. You keep this document. It becomes the reference point for everything that follows.

Stage 4. Therapeutic Planning.
I translate the findings into a practical, staged personal treatment plan: the phases of work, the tools we will use at each phase (homeopathy, therapeutic preparations, biochemical support, nervous system practices, lifestyle adjustments), the priorities, and the likely timescale.

Stage 5. Treatment Initiation.
The assessment does not end with a plan on paper. It ends with treatment underway. Your first prescription, which includes bespoke homeopathic remedies and Absolute Health therapeutic support, is prepared directly from the clinical findings. The homeopathic remedies in your first prescription are included in the £250. Absolute Health therapeutic blends, vitamins, and nutritional supplements are purchased separately.

What you receive for £250

  • A detailed, secure online diagnostic questionnaire.

  • A 90-minute online first assessment consultation.

  • A written clinical assessment you keep.

  • A personal, staged treatment plan.

  • A clear recommendation on what comes next, and honesty about whether ongoing work with me is the right choice for you.

Absolute Health therapeutic blends, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and any recommended laboratory investigations are not included in the £250 assessment fee and are purchased separately. These are always discussed in advance, with clear explanation of what is needed, when, and why.

After the assessment, we will know what is right for you

Once your Full Clinical Assessment is complete, I know enough about your case to be precise. I can tell you:

  • Whether my method is genuinely appropriate for you, or whether another route would serve you better.

  • What level of ongoing work is actually needed, if any.

  • How long it is realistically likely to take.

  • What that would involve in practical and financial terms.

For many patients, the written plan and first prescription from the assessment are all they need. For others, we agree to move into a structured, longer-term programme. That decision is made together, after the assessment, based on your specific clinical picture. There is no pressure either way. My responsibility is to give you a clear view of what your case requires. Yours is to choose what you are ready to commit to at this stage of your life.

First, a free 15-minute discovery call

Before you book the Full Clinical Assessment, we speak briefly, at no cost, so we can both decide whether this work is right for you.

  • Discovery calls take place on Mondays.

  • Duration: 15 minutes.

  • Format: online, by Google Meet or Zoom.

  • Cost: none.

The call is not a mini-consultation. It is where you tell me, in your own words, what has been happening and what you have already tried, and where I tell you honestly whether the Full Clinical Assessment is the right next step. If it is not, I will say so and, where I can, point you toward the person or approach that is.

I do not take on every patient. This is deliberate. Absolute Health is a small, considered practice, and the work asks something of both of us. The discovery call is where we find out whether we are the right fit.

If the answer is yes, you will feel it. If it is no, you will still leave the call clearer than you arrived.
