Blend of Herbs for Deep Tissues Detox
Indications for use:

– has potent antioxidant, immunostimulating and anti-inflammatory properties;
– supports the work of the gastrointestinal tract;
– helps to cleanse the liver and detoxify the whole body;
– reduces inflammation;
– prevents respiratory infections;
– used for prevention and during the treatment of cancer.

Ingredients:

Burdock root, Indian rhubarb root, Sheep sorrel, Slippery elm.

Instructions for Preparation:

• Boil 4 pints (2.27 litre) of filtered water in a saucepan (do not use aluminium, copper or Teflon!).
• Mix 45g of herbal mix and 5g (1 flat tbsp) of Slippery elm powder, stir in with a wooden spoon and cover.
• Bring to boil and leave boiling no longer than 10 mins.
• Remove from heat and stir, bringing herbs from the sides of the pan back into the centre.
• Cover and let stand for 6 hours.
• Stir well, cover with the lid, and leave for another 6 hours to steep.
• Stir, cover, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and leave for 5 minutes before straining.
• Funnel liquid into brown sterile glass bottles with screw tops and seal immediately. Once cool, keep refrigerated. The pack contains approximately one month’s supply.

Directions for Use:

Get four tablespoons (57ml) of filtered water to boil. Add four tablespoons of the decoction. Sip slowly on an empty stomach – no food for 2 hours before the dose and 1 hour afterwards. Best taken in the morning before meals or before bed.
