ACID-ALKALINE BALANCE TEST

For normal operation, the body needs to maintain a balance between acids and alkalis - this balance is called кислотно-щелочным равновесиемacid-base balance (or pH balance). If the body is too acid or alkaline, various diseases and inflammatory processes can ensue.

SPECTRAL HAIR ANALYSIS

The most reliable information about the state of the body is mirrored in the chemical composition of the hair, where information about the chemical processes taking place over time is stored.

Hair analysis can reveal:
- nutritional balance;
- the impact on the body of bad habits and environmental factors; - The state of the internal organs;
- quality and completeness of metabolic processes;
- excess and lack of nutrients and dietary supplement requirements.

STRESS INDEX TEST

An assessment of the state of the nervous, hormonal and immune systems can be gained from the Stress Index measurement of the regulatory systems, based on HRV measurements according to Prof. Baevsky.
As stress is the major cause of many diseases today, having instruments which can measure stress-level directly are important.

PSYCHOSOMATIC EVALUATION

Psychosomatic assessment of the patient's health, taking into account mental and somatic complaints and symptoms.
Psychosomatic diseases are diseases caused by various psychological states (stress, emotions, depression, etc.).

ANALYSIS OF STRESS SITUATIONS IN THE PATIENT’S PAST

A patient’s own history, including any post traumatic stress,will reflect on the degree of stress held in the body. Symptoms of post traumatic stress can occur in a person who has suffered various types of psychological trauma; survived difficult, stressful, critical and extreme situations in life.

TRANSGENERATIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE PATIENT

This is based on the method of A. A. Schutzenberger, who studied the transmission of the unconscious patterns of trauma passed down from generation to generation. Transgenerational processes in the patient's family history have a significant impact on the formation of the patient's life program, as well as on the patterns of his behaviour, both in the family and in society.

ANALYSIS OF THE PATIENT’S HASAR-QUESTIONNAIRE

To establish the constitutional type of the patient, the information from the questionnaire is analysed. The information includes various aspects of a patient's life - their relationship with family and friends, reactions to environmental changes, as well as all physical and emotional symptoms, addictions or aversions to certain foods, appetite, sleep quality and so on.
The etiology (causes) of problems or diseases is very important and it is always carefully investigated during the consultation. Etiology are considered as various stress-factors.
